I'll be able to start you on your customized plan before you even walk through the door!

To help me get to know you better, the first step is for you to fill out our online health and nutrition assessment. Then, in your first appointment, we'll talk through your health history, look at any medical results, discuss habits and preferences as well as your goals to help me put together a comprehensive (but doable!) plan for you. You will fill out a food diary for at least three days prior to your initial consultation, and then we will meet and get started on your journey to health!
